9 days sea kayak expedition

Day 1: The expedition began on 5 Jan’24 with an exhilarating journey along the North West Coast of Koh Chang Island. We covered a distance of 22 kilometers on these day, making our way from the starting point at Chai Chet to the iconic White Sand Beach. Along the way, we stopped at a private bay near Koh Mapring, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere.

As we continued our expedition, we passed by the Koh Chang Ferry, which provided a unique backdrop for our photographs. The energy and excitement were palpable as we embarked on this extraordinary adventure. Then, the day culminated at Ao Sapparod, we soaked up the ambiance, capturing moments that will last a lifetime

Day 1

of our expedition was an incredible experience, filled with memorable moments and breathtaking views. We can’t wait to see what the next 8 days have in store for us!

Day2

We explored Koh Chang's fascinating east coast, covered 16 kilometers to reach Ban Dan Mai, where we got to see coastal communities and old temples, and then refreshed ourselves at Than Mayom waterfall. A dip in the cool, refreshing water felt completely rejuvenating under the warm tropical sun. Throughout the day, our journey was filled with laughter and memorable moments. Here’s to more exciting adventures and memories to come.

Day3

It was the perfect combination of panoramic views, exhilarating sea crossings, and good food. After leaving Koh Chang’s east coast near Salakkok Village, we embarked on an exciting journey to the island’s south east. The adventures that awaited us were exhilarating as we set off. Approximately 15 kilometers later, we arrived at Koh Ngam, where we took a break to recharge. Our first sea crossing of the expedition started. We got to Koh Lao Ya Nok after about 3 km., and continued on our adventure to Koh Wai, where the vibrant colors of the sunset cast a magical glow over the landscape. Happy to be here again, we began Day 4 of our expedition with renewed enthusiasm and anticipation.

Day 4

Day 4 on 8 Jan’24 of 9 days sea kayak expedition. During the day, we explored the west and south west coasts of Koh Wai and Koh Mak, encountered breathtaking  landscapes of Koh Kham, and crossed the longest sea crossing of our trip approximately 9 kilometers. Our endurance and resilience were tested, and we felt accomplished.

Day 6

on 10 Jan’24 from Koh Mak South West to Koh Ra Yang Nai, Koh Ra Yang Nok, Koh Yak, and Koh Rang. There were beautiful beaches, amazing underwater worlds, sea caves, camping, and good food from Tu and Don.

Day 7

On the seventh day of our adventure, we crossed from Koh Rang to Koh Wai, which challenged us mentally and physically, but the breathtaking views and serenity of Koh Lao Ya Nai made it all worthwhile. Our day ended at Salak Phet bay, which offered stunning views of the ocean and was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Day 8

Day 8 of our 9-day Expedition on 12 Jan’24 🚣🏖🌴 Today we explored the stunning Salakphet bay. High tide at noon didn’t stop us from enjoying Koh Prao Nai and Koh Prao Nok’s vibrant atmosphere. We then stopped by Wai Chaek, one of our favorite beaches, for a peaceful break before ending the day with Bang Bao’s sunset. As the last night of our expedition, it was great, good food, good company, good vibes.

Day 9

The final day of the 9-day expedition on Koh Chang’s west coast marked the end of a remarkable journey on 13 Jan’24. Our guests were able to discover the beauty and diversity of the natural world on a voyage that circumnavigated Koh Chang Archipelago and explored its breathtaking islands. 🚣🏖🌊
